OWC is an outdoor workout community in Copenhagen full of good vibes, loads of energy and amazing people. It’s all about getting fitter, faster and stronger while having fun and working out with others. 

The workout is a mix of cardio and strength exercises using body weight and resistance bands. 

Janni founded OWC out of her passion for outdoor activities. Her goal is to inspire others to work out outdoors and to show the effectiveness of using just your own body weight and simple equipment like resistance bands.
