All packages are insured, and you will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been completed and dispatched, so you track and trace your package.

In some cases, your order confirmation and tracking number may be caught by your junk filter, so please make sure to check your SPAM folder before reaching out to us.

Within the EU

You will not have to pay any additional VAT or customs duties as long as your goods are delivered within the EU. All prices on orders within the EU already include the correct VAT of the recipient country.

 

Outside the EU

Outside of the EU the displayed price does not include VAT. Please note that by choosing delivery to an address outside of the EU you may be subject to local VAT and taxes. We cannot be held accountable for any tax and/or duty expenses.

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when meeting the order minimum.

  • GLS Business Delivery 39 kr.
  • GLS Shop Delivery 39 kr. / Free from purchase above 499 kr.

Europe:

  • DHL Express €15
  • Free Shipping on orders above €175

Norway:

  • DHL Express €15

United Kingdom:

  • DHL Express €20

Rest of the World (incl. Greenland and The Faroe Islands):

  • DHL Express €20
  • Free Shipping on orders above €300

Shipping exemptions: Belarus, Gibraltar, Guernsey, Isle of Man, Jersey, Russia, USA.
