Founded in Copenhagen in 2019, 7 DAYS Active is shaped by movement, performance and a fast-paced life.

Copenhagen is where it starts. Running along the waterfront, cycling year-round and training indoors and outside are part of daily life. This active approach shapes how we design and how we think about performance.

7 DAYS Active creates collections for running, training and daily wear. Technical fabrics and functional details deliver performance, while relaxed silhouettes extend the wardrobe beyond training.

Guided by BODY, MIND and SOUL, our approach to active living considers physical performance, mental wellbeing and the importance of balance. Movement is not limited to a workout. It is part of how we live.

Rooted in Copenhagen, 7 DAYS Active connects sport and fashion through active wear made to perform and designed to be worn throughout the week.
