1. Orders

By accepting our terms and conditions, a written and binding agreement is entered upon confirmation of order between the customer and 7daysactive.com. Once an order is completed, the customer will receive an email confirmation of the purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping cart are not reserved before completion and may be purchased by other customers. In case of errors, product quality issues or omissions in the order, 7daysactive.com reserve the right not to complete - and cancel the customers order.


2. Payments

7daysactive.com accepts payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA Electron, VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB, MobilePay, PayPal, American Express, Apple Pay, G Pay, Shop Pay, iDEAL and Klarna.

When using a debit or credit card as payment method the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to 7daysactive.com using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection, preventing any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing customer information.

7daysactive.com does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.

All prices for EU-based customers includes the destination's sales VAT; this will automatically be removed for all non-EU customers. For UK customers, 20% sales VAT is included in the prices. Prices are without shipping. 7daysactive.com reserves the right to change prices at any time. On 7daysactive.com all prices are shown in EUR.

• Please note that local import charges (customs duty, sales tax) may occur depending on your region and country. These charges are at your own expense.


3. Taxes & Duties / Local Levies

Local charges such as import duties and sales taxes may occur depending on your country / region. These charges are on the customers expense.

For UK customer, all orders are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that import-taxes and duties are included in the final price.

For US customer, orders below $800 is Free of Import Duties and Taxes. 

For Norwegian customers all orders below €295 is free of import duties and taxes.


4. VAT Exempt Purchases (For customers outside of the EU)

7daysactive.com offers tax-free purchases on orders from Non-EU countries. Prices do not include payment or delivery charges. VAT (25% of the total price) is automatically deducted based on your location.

Please note, local customs authorities may hold your package for review which may cause delays. In this instance, 7daysactive.com is not responsible for any delays or charges given by local tax authorities.


5. Returns

The customer may cancel and return his/her purchase up to 14 days after receiving the item(s).
The product(s) must be returned unused, with hangtags and, preferably, in its original packaging.

7daysactive.com will reject all returns that do not meet the above requirements. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by 7daysactive.com.

If the customer wishes to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once 7daysactive.com receives the returned product(s), the amount will be refunded.

Please note - Any item can be returned, regardless of its use. However - If the value of the item is reduced, and the reason is that you have used it in any way beyond what was necessary to check the type and properties of the item and how it works, then only part of the purchase sum can be refunded to you.

The amount that can be refunded depends on the saleable value of the item, and in certain cases this may mean that only the shipping costs can be refunded. We recommend that you return the item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may reduce the value of the item. 

In case the customer does not agree with 7daysactive.com’s handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with 7daysactive.com, the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (visit www.forbrug.dk) 


6. Shipping

Our shipping partner Textile Logistics, handles all of our outbound shipments. Order are dispatched by using GLS for domestic orders and and DHL Express fir international orders. 

All packages are insured, and you will be provided with a tracking number via email as soon as your order has been completed and dispatched, so you track and trace your package.

7. Warranty / Claims
 

All products purchased from 7daysactive.com has a 2-year manufacturing warranty. The warranty includes faults in the fabric, craftsmanship of the product or other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused to the product by normal wear and tear.

For any warranty claims, please contact our customer service at shop@7daysactive.com and supply us with details about the defect. Please include your order details and pictures of the faulty item.

Please note — all items for repair must be washed and cleansed of stains and odours. Any garment returned with stains and odours will automatically be rejected and returned to the customer.

You can complain up to two months after discovering / determining a claimable defect in the goods. If the claim is justified by 7daysactive.com, the customer will be refunded reasonable costs for shipping the item.

In case the customer does not agree with 7daysactive.com’s handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with 7daysactive.com, the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (see www.forbrug.dk)
