The 7 Days Heat Run is a weekly 7 Days Active 5K social run hosted by the runners of Heat Harmony.
Join us every Friday from 7:00 to 8:00 at Bispevej 23, 2400 NV. This is an inclusive run at a social pace of 5:30–6:00 min/km, welcoming all levels and encouraging an active start to the day.
Post running, we'll serve coffee and croissants, and enjoy a moment of pause together.
Bag drop is available on-site for your convenience.
