7 Days Heat Run - 6k

The 7 Days Heat Run is a weekly 6K social run hosted by the runners of Heat Harmony.

Join us every Friday from 7:00 to 8:00 AM at Bispevej 23, 2400 NV. This is a social run at a pace of 5:30–6:00 min/km - everyone is welcome to join and have an active start to the day with us.

After the run, we'll serve coffee and a bun with cheese and take a moment to relax together.

Bag drop is available on-site for your convenience.
